Two questions

If I set up my personal #relay , can I configure it such that notes on it are visible to only me? .. something like a relay for secret notes .. of course , visible through any popular client of #nostr .. but only to me ..

are there such relays already available? Paid or free !

Is it possible that I put say a zero fees on btc transaction -> means I don't want to pay for the block space .. and that transaction is never picked by any miner .. are there such hanging transaction ? What happens to such transactions say after a week
