As equity market is spooked - say tarrifs etc .. does that increase interest in treasuries proportionately ? #askNostr If so - that means more demand .. less interest on long term treasuries - less mortgage - revival of housing sector .. Sure builders will pay some tariff .. which they will charge - means costlier homes at lower mortgage.
