It is not as bad as people might want to make you beleive ..

Yes nations all across the globe ( barring few who don't really matter ) print lot of fiat and they run big governments .. but all this money ultimately flows down into the economy and creates real assets .. but the idea that we are borrowing from the future is bit of a stretch ..because we are also creating assets for the next generations - like roads , homes , power grids , fiber cables and assets like nostr - can this be done for cheap ? - sure .. is it the right direction of mankind ? - no one can tell for sure ! So ..

Banks are getting bigger - too big to fail - and they do have a multiplier effect on money supply .. but all that again percolates to economy.. do they pay hefty bonuses - sure ..but talent needs to paid and it is competitive market - just like any other .. the key thing is most of them ( if not all ) balance their books .. assets to liabilities..

Regulators do create ton of friction .. but some of that is needed to keep the greed in check ..

But the point is #bitcoin can solve most these manmade problems .. but humans are control freaks - they can't even let go control over their #fillInTheBlank - do you think they will let their money to an obscure technology?
